JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include: Adhere to the established plan of treatment.  Confer with the RN Clinical Manager regarding needed changes in the plan of treatment.   Communicate with other members of the healthcare team and the family regarding any needs or status changes.  Must prepare, maintain and submit documentation.  Participate in performance improvement activities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Current Massachusetts license. Experience preferred, but not required.  Should display initiative, timeliness, flexibility and a true commitment to the nursing profession.
