Duties
The Nite Nanny will be responsible for preparing night feeds, for sterilizing equipment.  The Nite Nanny will do the night feeds, change and settle the child. She will wash and dress the child in the morning, and tidy the child’s bedroom.

Hours of Work 
The hours of work will be from 9pm until 7am. These hours are flexible if prearranged with the nanny. The number of nights per week shall be arranged with the Client.

Payment 
The Nite Nanny will receive a nightly payment in accordance with the scale set out in the Agency’s Brochure. Payment will be made daily or weekly as arranged between the Client and the Nanny. 

Expenses
All expenses attributable to the interview are to be paid for to the Nite Nanny by the Client.

Confidentiality
It is a condition of employment that now and at all times in the future the Nite Nanny maintains the strictest confidence concerning the Client and family and the Agency’s business.

Grievances
If the Nite Nanny has any grievances against the Client these should be discussed with the Client before they are referred to the Agency.

Gross Misconduct
A Nite Nanny will be struck off the Agency register if:

· Her actions could endanger or cause harm to the children

· For drinking alcohol on duty or the use of illegal drugs
· Theft and dishonesty
· Failure to turn up for work on time without a valid reason.
